I also heard what he said was a little known story. Apparently, various displays of the ten commandments, carved in stone, which appear in court houses and schools across America, are the result of a movie promotion. The director of the movie "The Ten Commandments", with Charlton Heston gave away some number of these during the promotion of the film that was about to be released. I'm not sure that was the case with the supreme court, but I thought is was an interesting story. The show I was listening to was in April of 2001 (it was actually a recording of him speaking at a Lutheran school somewhere).
